Spare Parts and Reconditioning

Active Chemical Systems, Inc. both spare parts and in-house reconditioning for all manufactures graphite heat exchangers. Including Cubic Block, Cylindrical Block & Shell and Tube heat exchangers.

Due to our large inventory of graphite tubes and blocks, we can offer the quickest delivery available in the industry.

Our Reconditioning Service Includes:

  • Test block for leaks after removal

  • Grind down and clean interior of unit

  • Repaint inside and outside of unit

  • Install new liners - if needed

  • Replace block (cubic or cylindrical) if required

  • Install new gaskets and seal

  • Hydrotest unit before shipment

Service can be provided for all manufactures’ cylindrical block and cubic block units.
