Cylindrical Block Process Heating
One piece blocks as long as 72” eliminate the need for inter-block gaskets which improves reliability and extends operating life.
Units can be made from Phenolic Resin or PTFE (Teflon®) impregnated graphite.
Block sizes range from 6″ to 36″ diameter.
Single Block lengths range from 14″ to 72″ long.
Cemented blocks can be used to make units longer than 72″.
Process and service side holes can be 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″ & 3/4″ od.
Nozzle sizes can be made based on application requirements.
ASME code shells and graphite optional.
Maximum operating temperature of 340°F and pressure of 100 PSIG.
Horizontally or vertically configurations.
