Cubic Block Process Heating
Graphite Cubic Block process heat exchangers are the most efficient units available. They have a small footprint with a high amount of heat transfer surface area. We can provide units in excess of 400 square feet of surface area.
Blocks can be made from Phenolic resin or PTFE (Teflon®) impregnated graphite.
Heat transfer area in excess of 400 square feet per unit
Process side holes can be 3/8″ or 1/2″
Design pressure up to 100 PSIG / 340°F.
Application-dependent nozzle size and pass arrangement.
Finished with two-part epoxy paint system.
